Replies usually within a few business days. Please include your browser and operating system for any bug report.
What to include
Reporting a bug
- What you did, step by step
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Your browser and version, and your operating system
- A small example that reproduces it, if you can share one — please do not send confidential text; a minimal made-up example is more useful anyway
Requesting a feature
Describe the problem you are trying to solve rather than the feature you imagine — it often leads somewhere better. The most requested items so far are Word document comparison, PDF comparison and syntax highlighting, all of which are on the list.
Privacy requests
For any request under GDPR, CCPA or similar legislation, email the address above with "Privacy request" in the subject line. See the Privacy Policy for what is and is not collected — in short, the text you compare never reaches us.

If any explanation here is inaccurate or out of date, please say so. Corrections are applied promptly.
